 Meet Chef Sadie Comas a Georgia Peach that was raised in Decatur Georgia by the lovely Sadie Belle. Let's refer to Sadie Belle as grandmother and Sadie Comas as chef. Chef learned at a very young age about baking from her grandmother, and she received her Master Degree in Baking and Pastry. One of their favorite things to bake was Apple Pies. Chef was very close to her grandmother. Now with her grandmother not being here, Chef can only do the next best thing "BAKE". People always ask what is different from Sadie Belle Bakery to the other bakery's.
